Submission and Processing of Marks • Marks Sheets: Examiners • All students present at the examination should have marks • Use of Examination attendance List • Full Complements of the marks be given • Processing of Marks: Exams Officers • Process signed Marks sheets/ Print out hard copy of Soft Mark sheets • Beware of the use of I*s, Dfs, ( )s, and (0)s • Check with previous results

  7. Examiner’s Board Meetings • Heads of Department;Information on students • Academic Supervisors/Tutors; Information on your Tutees • Examiners;Check on marks entered for your course(s) • Exams Officer; Take note of changes and students to be tagged. • Comprehensive and College Board Formats

  8. Examiner’s Board Meetings • Previous Results;Use as reference on Student’s status • Tags on Students; Probation, Repeating, Deferred, Withdrawn, Withheld, Deceased, etc. • Trails of Students; check if redeemed or not • Correction of/Outstanding Marks; procedures, evidence

  9. Auditing of Results • After the College Board format has been approved, • Submission of corrected previous results, • Corrections made after Academic Board, • Cooperation of College Exams Officers/Registrars, and Faculty Exams Officers needed
