  2. Workshop Information Form • Instructor completes Workshop Information Form (WIF) • http://www.extension.unl.edu/web/child/instructor-resources • Instructor emails form to UNL Extension Educator • UNL Extension Educator submits to registration system

  3. Trainer Registration Process

  4. Trainer Registration Process • Instructor receives email stating workshop was accepted into online registration system • Instructor navigates to Registration website • http://extension.psu.edu/cyttap

  5. Trainer Registration Process • Instructor selects “Instructor Access”

  6. Trainer Registration Process • Instructor enters email address and selects “Request a Pin” • (first login only)

  7. Trainer Registration Process • First time only

  8. Trainer Registration Process • Instructor receives an • email with assigned pin • Instructor navigates back • to web site • Enters email address • Enters assigned pin

  9. Trainer Registration Process • Instructor Agrees to the terms and conditions of the CYTTAP Trainer Agreement after viewing agreement (first time login only)

  16. Instructor Access – Workshop Selection -View Roster (select Back button on page to return to Instructor Access)

  17. Participant Registration Process • Workshop Information Form due to UNL six weeks prior to date of workshop • Participants have approx. three weeks to register • Registration closes on midnight the day prior to start date of workshop • Participant registration website http://extension.psu.edu/cyttap
