  1. Art 12 x 10 Frame stock 1 ½ wide • Measure art, i.e. 12 x 10 • Measure Face (width) of molding i.e. 1 ½ wide • Add width of Art (12) + 2 x width of Frame (3) = 15 inches + 1/8 inch for glass • Cut ‘Top and bottom’ stock 2 @ 15 1/8 OSM • Cut sides (10) + (3) + (1/8) 2 @ 13 1/8 OSM

  2. Side View of molding Rabbet ¼’’ ¼’’ Face Back Bottom

  3. Mill all required stock • Finish entire run of stock

  4. T & B Sides • T & B 2@ 15 1/8 OSM • Sides 2@ 13 1/8 OSM • Cut ‘Longer’ sides first, in case of error they can be used for short sides • After cutting verify both ISM (12 1/8) & OSM dimensions (15 1/8)

  5. Use ‘V’ vise to hold pieces • Small amount of glue on each • Drill with nail into ‘Top’ and ‘Bottom’

  6. Side View of molding • Glass • Matting • Picture • Foamcore • Staple • Paper

  7. Mount wire apx. 25% down from Top
