Incident Summary • 58 new Incidents raised since last SUG • 4 RDA raised incidents resolved outwith Service Levels • Summary of incidents types relate to: • Aggregate claim XML submission issues • General queries in relation to usage of MCIS and Cognos • Data manipulation to claims and re-profiling project dates

  4. Progress Since Last SUG • Release v2.3.4 (Irregularity and Clawback Enhancements) • MI Deployments • Further Payment Interface Testing (EEDA) • R3 Declarations development underway

Additional Requirements • Additional requirements identified but yet to be prioritised • Revision to claim expenditure to support public and private funding • Revision to support Major projects (core user upload and amendment of N+2 target/profile) • Revision to support CA 5% checks • Maintenance of programme details
