  1. moat Investments. Simplified! Portfolio management service and advisory Extracted from our transcendent research process; We serve superior returns through carefully crafted portfolio of quality equity investments.

  2. Why are we called MOAT? Back in the days, moats were depressions around a castle, usually filled with water, which served as a preliminary line of defence. It’s the same with businesses! All profitable businesses are bound to attract competition carving a share into their profit pool. And yet only a few manage to protect themselves from this competition by building economic moats! The terminology `Moat’, coined by the legendary investor Warren Buffett, refers to a business' ability to maintain profitability even in the face of fierce competition. A sustainable competitive advantage is difficult to mimic or duplicate. The power of moats is insurmountable! And so we truly believe, The wider a business’ moat, the more likely is its ability to stand the test of time!

  3. The first wealth is health! For all things other, you can count on us! A well-balanced diet and investment portfolio will keep you healthy as well as wealthy. We aim to generate long-term wealth for you!

  4. You work hard for your money! Make sure it works harder for you! Build income streams that make money regardless of whether you work that day! If you take a vacation or fall sick, your income should still be coming in.

  5. No one is expected to be their own doctor or lawyer! Why should investments be any different? Lack of knowledge about investing brings in a lot of stress, fear and anxiety. Leave it to the professionals! We nurture your investments like they are our own!

  6. Equity is a serious investment class! Time and again, Equity has proven to be an excellent asset class. It has not only outperformed but also delivered superior returns compared to other traditional asset classes like gold and real estate. Yet, most people you’d meet would still warn you about how things can soon turn sour in the gambler’s den!

  7. Risk comes from not knowing what you’re doing! -Warren Buffet While traders forget the fact that Hiroshima and Nagasaki were destroyed in a day…investors always remember that Rome wasn’t built in a day! Let’s bust this myth, once and for all. Things can go south and equity can be risky, but solely for speculative, short- term traders who do not understand the business fully. We carefully craft a portfolio of quality businesses backed by our superior in- house research.

  8. Equity is simply ownership of business. Business ownership has always been a great wealth creation asset class! We forget a very simple fact that the Ambani’s and the Tata’s of the world haven’t become wealthy by investing in just a piece of real estate or quantum of gold. What set them apart is their investments in or ownership of quality and productive Indian businesses. Does Reliance, Tata Group ring a bell? We endeavour long-term wealth creation through exclusive investments in the Indian equity space.

  9. Investing is a lot like preparing a meal!

  10. PLAN YOUR MENU We eat differently. One diet does not fit all! Investment plan that’s right for someone else, may not necessarily be right for you! We check your appetite for risk and investment objectives to prepare a personalised financial menu for you! Investment portfolios adjusted to your taste!

  11. Having your favourite meal day in and day out might make you feel good for a while, but it may also put you at a high risk of nutritional deficiency. Similarly, betting on your favourite winners of yesteryears, could leave your investment returns deficient from the shining heroes of the future!

  12. We break away from the herd mentality to pick the flavour of the decade that is aligned with your financial goals!

  13. BUY QUALITY INGREDIENTS Great ingredients make great food! It’s simple! A chef’s first step is to get the freshest ingredients. Our rigorous and proven research process ensures selection of only high-quality businesses that we understand fully!

  14. DON’T OVERPAY FOR YOUR INGREDIENTS! If you are shopping for common stocks, choose them the way you would buy groceries! We buy quality businesses at fair value. We are open to all possibilities but always as careful about your money as we are about our own. If we are stumped on an investment plan, we prefer to sit on cash rather than risking the safety of your capital!! !

  15. USE THE RIGHT PROPORTION OF INGREDIENTS A recipe is a story that ends in a good meal! A crispy dosa requires a different proportion of the same ingredients than a soft one. Like a good recipe, a good portfolio is all about what you put in and in what proportions you mix them! Our investment solutions are designed to work in tandem with your personal appetite for risk reach to reach your investment objective.

  16. LET THE FOOD SIMMER UNTIL ITS WELL DONE! Good things take time! All great cooks insist on having patience. As the rich flavours develop, some dishes taste even better with time. Patience is the key ingredient in cooking as well as investing. We strongly believe in our high conviction picks and add to it the magic of compounding . Our strategy `buy right and sit tight’ allows us to stay invested in the business for the long-run to realise its full potential.

  17. A perfectly tasty meal is all about finding the freshest ingredients, combining them in the right proportions, adjusting to taste and cooking for the right amount of time.
