THE MONTH OF RAMADAN IS THE MONTH OF QURAN’S CELEBRATION. The reason Ramadan received the respect and status among other months is due to Quran. In other words, Quran is the axis of Ramadan. Thus the importance of Quran can be understood. It’s the biggest Rahmah from Allah.

  1. THE MONTH OF RAMADAN IS THE MONTH OF QURAN’S CELEBRATION The reason Ramadan received the respect and status among other months is due to Quran. In other words, Quran is the axis of Ramadan. Thus the importance of Quran can be understood. It’s the biggest Rahmah from Allah.

  2. OUT COME OF RAMADAN 1) REALIZATION OF THE OBLIGATIONS THE MUSLIMS OWE TO THE QURAN 2) …..AND YOU MAGNIFY ALLAH (2:185) 3) …. OBEY ALLAH SO THAT HE RESPONDS TO YOUR SUPPLICATIONS (2:186) 4) MAIN PURPOSE OF RAMADAN IS TO ACHIEVE TAQWAH (2:183 & 2:188)

  3. THE OBLIGATIONS THE MUSLIMS OWE TO THE QURAN Every Muslim hastheresponsibility to convey the message of the QURAN. ...this Quran has been revealed to me that I may therewith warn you and whomsoever it may reach...(6:19)

  4. THE OBLIGATIONS THE MUSLIMS OWE TO THE QURAN The Quran makes 5 DEMANDS from every Muslim: 1) To believe in the Quran. 2) To read it. 3) To understand it. 4) To act upon its teachings. (individually and collectively) 5) To convey its teachings to others.

  5. …..AND YOU MAGNIFY ALLAH (2:185) “The month of Ramadân in which was revealed the Qur'ân, a guidance for mankind and clear proofs for the guidance and the criterion (between right and Wrong)………… and that you must magnify Allâh [i.e. to recognize Allah’s authority as supreme] for having guided you so that you may be grateful to Him.” Please Note: You must magnify Allah by respecting His laws at all levels of life even enforcing at collective level

  6. …. OBEY ALLAH SO THAT HE RESPONDS TO YOUR SUPPLICATIONS (2:186) “And when My slaves ask you (O Muhammad SAW) concerning Me, then (answer them), I am indeed near (to them by My Knowledge). I respond to the invocations of the supplicant when he calls on Me (without any mediator or intercessor). So let them obey Me and believe in Me, so that they may be led aright.” Please Note: You must be obedient and have FIRM IMAN in Allah by respecting His laws at all levels of life (indiviual and collective level).

  8. MAIN PURPOSE OF RAMADAN IS TO ACHIEVE TAQWAH LAST AYAT ON SAUM (FASTING) – 2: 188

MAIN PURPOSE OF RAMADAN IS TO ACHIEVE TAQWAH According to Ayat 2:183 RESULT OF SAUM (FASTING) = TAQWAH (Taqwah means have regards for Allah’s Laws) (Taqwah is a motor which builds Iman – everything in Islam is based on Taqwah) According to Ayat 2: 188 THE LITMUS TEST OF TAQWAH = RIZQ-E-HALAL (HALAL EARNING- RIBA FREE)
