  3. ضبط النفس اساس لنجاح اى خادم Self Control is the basis of any church servant’s success ضبط النفس ثمرة من ثمار الروح القدس Self Control is one of the Holy Spirits’ Fruits ضبط النفس يحتاج الى جهاد طويل مستمر Self Control needs long continuous spiritual struggle

  4. لتكن احقاءكم ممنطقة Let your waist be girded " Let your waist be girded and [your] lamps burning; (Luk 12 : 35) لتكن احقاؤكم ممنطقة وسرجكم موقدة (لو 12 : 35)

  5. لتكن احقاءكم ممنطقة Let your waist be girded و هكذا تاكلونه احقاؤكم مشدودة و احذيتكم في ارجلكم و عصيكم في ايديكم و تاكلونه بعجلة هو فصح للرب (خر 12 : 11) And thus you shall eat it: [with] a belt on your waist, your sandals on your feet, and your staff in your hand. So you shall eat it in haste. It [is] the LORD's Passover (Exo 12 : 11)

  6. لتكن احقاءكم ممنطقة Let your waist be girded Therefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and rest [your] hope fully upon the grace that is to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ; (1Pe 1 : 13) لذلك منطقوا احقاء ذهنكم صاحين فالقوا رجاءكم بالتمام على النعمة التي يؤتى بها اليكم عند استعلان يسوع المسيح (1بط 1 : 13)

  7. ضبط اللسان : Controlling the Tongue If anyone among you thinks he is religious, and does not bridle his tongue but deceives his own heart, this one's religion [is] useless (Jam 1 : 26) ان كان احد فيكم يظن انه دين و ليس يلجم لسانه بل يخدع قلبه فديانة هذا باطلة (يع 1 : 26)

  8. ضبط اللسان : Controlling the Tongue الانسان الصالح من الكنز الصالح في القلب يخرج الصالحات و الانسان الشرير من الكنز الشرير يخرج الشرور. و لكن اقول لكم ان كل كلمة بطالة يتكلم بها الناس سوف يعطون عنها حساب يوم الدين. لانك بكلامك تتبرر و بكلامك تدان.(مت 12 : 35 - 37) "A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good things, and an evil man out of the evil treasure brings forth evil things. "But I say to you that for every idle word men may speak, they will give account of it in the day of judgment."For by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned“. (Mat 12 : 35 - 37)

  10. ضبط العين : Controlling the Eye "The lamp of the body is the eye. Therefore, when your eye is good, your whole body also is full of light. But when [your eye] is bad, your body also [is] full of darkness (Luk 11 : 34) سراج الجسد هو العين فمتى كانت عينك بسيطة فجسدك كله يكون نيرا و متى كانت عينك شريرة فجسدك يكون مظلما (لو 11 : 34)

  11. ضبط العين : Controlling the Eye الادانة Judgment الشهوة Lust إحذر نظرات Beware the Looks of الطمع Greed الغيرة Jealousy

  12. ضبط العين : Controlling the Eye مراجعة و اعتراف بتدقيق Meticulous/Careful Revision of oneself and Confession صلاة +انجيل = غسيل للعين Prayer + The Holy Bible = Washing/Cleaning the eyes

  13. ضبط الفكر: Controlling the Mind هادمين ظنونا و كل علو يرتفع ضد معرفة الله و مستاسرين كل فكر الى طاعة المسيح (2كو 10 : 5) casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, (2Co 10 : 5)

  14. ضبط الفكر: Controlling the Mind لانه من عرف فكر الرب فيعلمه و اما نحن فلنا فكر المسيح (1كو 2 : 16) For "who has known the mind of the LORD that he may instruct Him?" But we have the mind of Christ (1Co 2 : 16)

  15. ضبط الفكر: Controlling the Mind اضبط فكرك ... بصلاة يسوع Control your Mind .... By The Jesus Christ’s Prayer نق فكرك ... بكلام الانجيل Purify your Thoughts .... By the Words of the Holy Bible

  16. ضبط الفكر: Controlling the Mind حرر فكرك ... بالتفكير فى الآخرين Set your Mind Free ... By thinking of the others راجع فكرك ... فى مخدعك Revise your Thoughts ... In your private room

  17. ضبط الجسد : Controlling the Body بل اقمع جسدي و استعبده حتى بعدما كرزت للاخرين لا اصير انا نفسي مرفوضا (1كو 9 : 27) But I discipline my body and bring [it] into subjection, lest, when I have preached to others, I myself should become disqualified (1Co 9 : 27)

  18. ضبط الجسد : Controlling the Body الراحة، الرفاهية، والملذات تطفئ الروح Comfort, Luxury, and Pleasures extinguishes the Soul التشدد فى الصوم ... و صوم الحواس Strict Fasting .... & Fasting of the Senses التعب المفيد The Beneficial Toil
