CBSE Or ICSE : Which is better for future

In India, the educational boards CBSE and ICSE are both held in high regard. Whereas ICSE offers a more balanced curriculum with practical learning, CBSE places an emphasis on science and math with analytic thinking. These boards are commonly approved for enrollment in Indian universities. ICSE may be preferred by international universities. The decision ultimately comes down to personal preferences, professional objectives, and learning preferences.

  2. Established in 1962, the CBSE provides affiliation to both public and private schools. CBSE is by far the most popular board in India, with over 15,000 private schools affiliated with it. Like other schools, one of the best schools in Howrah is Sudhir Memorial Institute Liluah, known for its amazing facilities. CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education)

  3. ICSE is a private, non-governmental education board that was established in 1956 at the meeting of the interstate board for anglo-Indian education. It conducts the ICSE (for class X) and ISC (for class XII) examinations. ICSE (Indian Certificate of Secondary Education)

  4. Board recognition ICSE CBSE It is recognised by the Indian government. It is an all-India board, and it is safest for the parents who work in transferable jobs or relocate for different jobs. Sudhir Memorial Institute Liluah, as the best English-medium school in Howrah, is located in Liluah, and it is easy for the students to come through different modes of accommodation. It is not the safest board for parents who work in transferable jobs or relocate to another state. Schools are fewer in number in comparison to the CBSE board.

  5. ICSE CBSE Medium of Instruction ICSE does not recommend Hindi. Hence, ICSE lays a higher emphasis on language with two papers on English, unlike CBSE. The CBSE, or Howrah English Medium School, recommends English as a medium of instruction, which allows students to command both languages and perform well in exams.

  6. Teaching Method CBSE ICSE CBSE has a larger number of schools in comparison to ICSE. If you live in small towns or rural areas, you may not have access to good schools, which are primarily concentrated in metro areas. ICSE schools are fewer in number in comparison to CBSE schools. ICSE are mostly located in cities and towns, making communication difficult for students from rural areas.
