  15. CONCLUSION AND SUGGESTION • The first thing for a young Chapter to do is to increase the number of members. Promotion activities are particularly needed. • Tutorial & Special Session CDs to attract young students • Talks by leading professors or industrial engineers • Promotion of paper submission to ISSCC, ASSCC, etc. in academia. • Co-work with Taipei Chapter to invite more SSCS speakers to Tainan Chapter
