What is it? Think about what you know or think you know about “alternative methods of debate”. What words or stereotypes do you associate with it? What are the “traditional methods” of debate?
Why do we think that alternative debate exists? What is it trying to accomplish? In what ways is it different from “traditional debate”?
Definition: Alternative debate: Any method of debate that seeks to deconstruct the hierarchies implicit in traditional debate forms. How is this different from just reading a topic kritik?

So how do I put one of these arguments together? As many authors as kinds of arguments. Ask yourself, “What do I want to say?”
But isn’t this cheating? The short answer is no. Think about the way the system is set up to favor some, but not others. Is correcting this disparity cheating? Is this excluding people? What does “exclusion in the name of inclusion” really mean?
So what do I do if someone says this to me? -Most prepared for T and framework -Relatedly, these arguments are generally unstrategic -The best thing you can do is respond -- What does it mean to be responsive?
