  3. Themes in the Quran • There are a good many themes in the Holy Quran. One of these themes is الاحسان • References to احسان (Good Works, Kindness, or simply Goodly) appear in about 44 Ayahs • These references have variable flavors of meaning and connotations • The word احسان comes in red and its English translation comes in red too. • Looking at the entire theme gives a better understanding of what the message entails.
