Eating Habits United States Spain • Eat breakfast before school • Lunch around 12:oo p.m. • Snacks after school/ work • Dinner around 6:oo p.m. or 7:oo p.m. • 1o:oo a.m. drink coffee as breakfast and have something small to eat • Between 1o:30 a.m. to noon have coffee • Lunch is between 2:oo p.m. to 4:oo p.m. • Dinner is typically around 9:oo p.m. and 10:00 p.m. • Streets start to fill up at midnight
