  3. Case 2 A 67 year old woman who had menopause at age 45, has fractured her right wrist. She has hypothyroidism with a recent TSH of 0.1 (nl 0.5 – 5.0) and a weight of 75 kg with a height of 175 cm. Her osteoporosis risk factors include: • ectomorphic habitus • excessive thyroid hormone • post menopause • previous fracture • sedentary lifestyle
