I was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I obtained my BA in Economics at York University, my Special Bachelor of Commerce-Major Finance at the University of Windsor, and my MBA in Finance at the University of Windsor. I serve as a strategist, developing plans and providing consulting services for various companies. My specialties include IPOs, merger and acquisition, reverse mergers, corporate restructuring, investor relations and funding. I'm currently the managing partner of Branalex Financial Group Inc., a Toronto-based investment banking firm. In the past I had been an oil analyst with the prestigious Wood Gundy, Money Trader at the Bank of Nova Scotia. I spent 15 years as a broker in Toronto's financial district and have been a partner in several highly recognized brokerage firms.
