HAN Project - Milestones • Defined the HAN Support Model operational requirements: • Short and Long Term objectives • SMT help desk scenarios, issue resolution and notification process flows • Customer information to capture for issue resolution • Guidelines for issue escalation and to transfer to technical Support (level 2) • Targeted SLO’s • Template for the “HAN Operation Support Model “ documentation • Table of Contents • Skeletal contents in place • June 30, Draft document ready for the review Team process • Developed the initial HAN SMT Help Desk Scripts • HAN Documentation May 31, published the updated version • Completed “Texas HAN Device Test Report” on the PUCT Web-Site and Ownership • TDSP’s defined the Security Risk to standardize the HAN provisioning/pairing window across the TDSP’s

HAN Project – Next Steps - Publish the Draft “HAN Operation Support Model documentation” for the review Team to finalize for initial publication to the market - Review the HAN support model with OWG and AMIT and implementation steps and dates • Assign ownership/coordinator and oversight for the operation model for a phased implementation effort and on-going support • Turn-over of the HAN SMT Help desk scripts for training • Finalize the proposed standardized HAN provisioning/paring window with the market participants for input and buy-in to proceed
