Access the NexGen EAP website to complete workplace harassment training for employees in the State of New York. Follow the steps to log in, select your preferred language, and begin the training. Upon completion, you can view and email your certification.

  1. Sexual Harassment Employee Training

  2. If you currently are registered on the NexGen EAP website go to www.nexgeneap.com. You will need to use either Chrome or Google to launch the application. You will not be able to sign in use the internet explorer browsing system.

  3. If you are not already logged into the system you will need to log in by entering your email address and password. This is also the time to select your preferred language. Once you have finished entering your information click “LOGIN”

  4. This will be the first page you see when you enter into the system. Click on the “More” button.

  5. Click on the E-Learning tab. This will launch you to the training welcome page.

  6. OntheThinkHR home page, clickthe “Harassment” button.

  7. Employees will need to click on the Workplace Harassment for Employees, State of New York.

  8. Click “Start Course” to begin your training.

  9. This page offers you a summary of the course material. Once you read the summary click the “Enter” button to move you to the next page.

  10. Once you read the conditions you click “Agree”. This will throw you into the training you selected.

  11. The Training begins with the Slide called “The Face of Workplace Harassment”.

  12. Upon successful completion of the training, you will be prompted to view your certification, which can then be emailed and sent to the Human Resource Department. If you have any questions or issues accessing your online training, please contact 1-800-327-2255 and one of ENI’s Benefit Information Specialist will assist you. If you have questions pertaining to the training contact you can either contact the District’s legal or Benefits Departments.
