  15. Clients speak… “Very insightful, gave us more clarity and helped to understand what others perceived about me” “Interactive, gave us the opportunity to be creative & speak our thoughts” Participants, EI Workshop @ Management Consulting Firm “Fellows on our programme have limited guidance and exposure on the themes covered in your sessions and that makes your inputs and advice really helpful. It is with your support that we could plan for sessions in the year with each cohort of Fellows and enhance their skills. Senior Programme Manager, Not For Profit Foundation Jayshree is a sharp and a competent HR professional with strong people-orientation, good grasp of organizational issues and a detail-oriented approach. A keen observer of people & a deep thinker, Jayshree has the right blend of IQ & EQ to create a real value-add for her clients and business partners. It's been a pleasure partnering with her and I wish her all the very best for the journey ahead. L&D Professional, Audit/Advisory/Accounting Firm Coaching session helped me to think on what I was doing and how I could do the same things in much better way. It helped me think what others think about me when I act in a particular way and helped me improve on my actions with all the more control on myself and helped me control my anger and behave more patiently. Jay was patient and listened to what I have to say. It feels really good when someone listens to the problems one faces without any interference. Her listening skills and giving suggestions helped me a lot. Executive Assistant, Management Consulting Firm My coaching sessions were Stimulating and led to a lot of introspection. They made me think through assumptions, self limiting thoughts, thinking patterns, what worked well for me in the past, what did not, situations for high performance, my strengths, areas of weakness. There are areas where I have converted unconstructive patterns into positive habits. We determined short term and long term goals, identified reasons for failure in the past and other roadblocks and then worked on options. Jayshree made sure that I work on my action plan and get results. There were times I failed but Jayshree would handhold me and give me enough impetus to get back on track. There was clarity in terms of what I wanted to achieve and how I would go about it with concrete actions. It led to a lot of clarity and I was able to tap into various areas of my life and improvise certain aspects. Manager -Learning & Development, Management Consulting
