  3. Symptoms • Headaches • Diarrhea • Chills, fever, cramps, vomiting • If it gets into bloodstream, hospitalization from high fever • May need blood transfusions

  4. How to prevent poisoning • Bacteria are destroyed if cooked at 165 degrees
