  4. Financial Obligations • Listed on your envelope • CANNOT get cap & gown • or • buy prom tickets until paid • See Mrs. Lalone in main office

  5. Information Packet • Graduation Information • Prom rules & ticket form • Graduation tickets • Palace map and seating chart

  6. Staff Thank You’s • New this year • Will be delivered with flowers • Can give to any adult in the building: teacher, coach, administrator, secretary, etc. • Extra forms available outside Activities Office

  7. Caps & Gowns • If you have not ordered yet, you must contact Jostens • * Representatives available tonight after meeting • Jostens.com • or • 586-781-5618

  8. Yard Signs • If you ordered one, seniors will pick them up with cap & gown • Extras available for $20

  9. Senior Honors Night • DATE CHANGE: May 12th • By invitation: turn in scholarship forms you received in the mail • Seniors: wear cap & gown

  10. Prom • Wednesday, June 4 • 6:30-11:00 at Palazzo Grande • Students may not leave before 10:00 • Tobacco & alcohol free • Rules & ticket info inside packet

  11. Graduation Practice • MANDATORY • Friday, June 6th at Palace • 8:45 a.m., lasts one hour • Do not wear cap & gown

  12. Graduation • Saturday, June 7 • 10:00 a.m. • Palace of Auburn Hills

  13. Graduation • Seniors: • * arrive at 9:00 a.m. • * DO NOT bring purses, • cameras, phones • * Wear cap & gown • * Appropriate attire: Shirt • & tie, dresses, etc. No • flip flops, jeans.

  14. Graduation • Guests: • * Enter through west entrance • *Handicap seating is available • in section 120 • *Each guest needs a ticket. • Extras available after meeting, • front office, Activities Office

  15. Graduation Out of respect, please no air horns, and noise makers. We ask guests not to cheer as their graduates cross the stage so that all names can be heard.

  16. No Such Thing as “Just Walking” Students who walk across the stage are graduates. We do not allow students to walk who have not earned the required 22 credits to earn a diploma.

  17. Credit Review • Students who lose credit in a class they needed to earn 22 credits will not graduate • NO SUCH THING AS SENIOR SKIP DAY. Absences not called in are unexcused.

  18. Student Conduct • Students who disrupt the school day could lose their privilege to participate in prom and graduation

  19. Student Conduct • If you use poor judgment, even if a prank is small, you will risk participation in prom and graduation • This includes running in the hallways and chanting

  20. Senior Meeting Attendance Forms • Must be signed by student and parent tonight • SENIORS will bring this form when they pick up cap & gown at conclusion of the meeting

  21. Graduation Speaker & Soloist Competition • Tryouts April 22 • Sign up in Activities Office

  22. Senior All Night Party • Information available in the lobby after meeting
