Overview of Process • Draft APA today (markup handout). • EPA makes final revisions & uploads to internet. • EPA notifies S/Ls to respond to EPA’s proposed commitments. • S/Ls respond to each commitment. • EPA and S/Ls negotiate unresolved issues. • EPA sends APA approval letter to S/Ls.
