Grading Policy • Performance tests = 30% • Rhythm tests = 15% • Theory & history tests = 15%  ALL TESTS CAN BE MADE UP MULTIPLE TIMES (BEFORE SCHOOL) • “Final” performance = 30%  All performances are at 6:00pm in LPMS auditorium • Prepared to learn = 10% (agenda, instrument, music folder, homework)

  5. Music Department Fundraiser • Instruments, repairs, supplies, music, attire • ($300 budget) • GOAL: $4,000 • Sponsorship levels and incentives: “Fan Club, Musician, Conductor, Corporate” • May be tax deductable

  6. Parent Volunteers Needed! • Chaperones • Video recording • Photography • Website design • Food donations (dessert fundraiser) • Clothing donations - slacks, collared shirts, ties • Cleaning/organizing band uniforms
