Touchable Central clamping structure IMM with traditional structure can produce 100pcs products at most via 100kgs material.BOLE IMM can produce 102-105pcs products with same mold via 100kgs material.Save 2-5% material； Less flash and trim work,saving labor cost； 100% clamping force is used and higher 10-20% than traditional structure； The clamping force is focused on mold center and less deformation,which can protect the mold,platen and tie bar； Traditional structure's clamping force is wasted and used only 80-90%.The moving platen will be deformation and cause flash,material/labor waste.
