  2. What’s different when ordering G3? With G3 there are three basic configurations in the platform: 1. Main fieldbus manifold with or without I/O 2. Sub-Bus Valve manifold with or without I/O 3. Sub-Bus I/O assembly 1. Network Main Manifold Sub-bus 2. Sub-Bus Manifold With Valves Sub-Bus Manifold With I/O & Valves 3. I/O Only Sub-bus Sub-bus

  3. G3 Ordering Overview • When ordering a configuration with valves the order format begins with an “AK” number consistent with all previous valve platforms. • The valves associated are listed by station below the AK part number. • Ex: AK3ED00003LSTD Station 1 052BB4Z2ML00061 Station 2 052BA4Z1ML00061 etc. etc. • When it comes to the “G3 electronics” the G3 platform uses a “G3”number similar to the “NX” number used in G2-2 or G2-1. • The primary difference is that the “G3” number indicates the number of I/O modules in the assembly where in previous platforms the NX number indicated the number of I/O points. • Ex: G3EP116R0STD (G3 allow up to 16 I/O modules!) • The I/O modules are listed below the G3 number by station just like in G2-2 or G2-1.

  4. Ordering Example:Fieldbus Valve Manifold Assembly • “AK” (blue) • Includes valve driver and end plates • Valves listed by station from left to right facing the cylinder port side of the manifold • “G3” (Pink) • Includes: clips, node, ARM and sub-bus out module. • List I/O part numbers from right to left facing the cylinder port side of the manifold • Example: • AK3EF00003NDRM • 051BA4Z2MN00061 • 051BA4Z2MN00061 • 051BA4Z2MN00061 • 051BB4Z2MN00061 • 051BB4Z2MN00061 • 051BB4Z2MN00061 • G3PT102D0DRM • 240-205 • 240-212 Assembled

  5. Ordering Example:Sub-Bus Valve Manifold Assembly • “AK” (blue) • Includes valve driver and end plates • Valves listed by station from left to right facing the cylinder port side of the manifold • “G3” (Pink) • Includes: clips, node, sub-bus valve module and sub-bus out module. • List I/O part numbers from right to left facing the cylinder port side of the manifold • Example: • AK3EF00003NDRM • 051BA4Z2MN00061 • 051BA4Z2MN00061 • 051BA4Z2MN00061 • 051BB4Z2MN00061 • 051BB4Z2MN00061 • 051BB4Z2MN00061 • G3DS203D0DRM • 240-207 • Assembled

  6. Ordering Example:Sub-Bus I/O Assembly • No “AK” part number • “G3” part number (pink) • Includes clips • Sub-Bus In • Sub-Bus Out • List I/O part numbers from right to left facing configuration with the display at the top of the assembly. • Example: • G3DS302R0DRM • 240-207 • 240-107 • Assembled
