  3. Question # 2 • Make I yours!! • Your own initiative/say the name of the project again • Why you created it? --inspiration • Who you have partnered with?

  4. Question # 3 • Impact • Participants • School • Community • Yourself- Therapy • Intentions for others you want to touch

  5. Question # 4 • Inspiration • Form a connection to your project • Include events/meetings that have influenced you • How you see your project progressing and becoming something more.

  6. Question # 5 • Describe everything you have done for this project. Every little thing: • Planning • Organizing • Liaison

  7. Question # 6 • Your story, paint a picture • How did you plan? • What is your structure? • You need to make it clear that you are an organized person who takes charge and has a plan.

  8. Question # 7 • Obstacles • Your story/experience • Your management of time • Your extra curricular activities (time to sell your academics and awards) • Your obstacles with the school • Your obstacles with the participants

  9. Question # 8 • Impact/Outcome: • Measuring effectiveness • This is where your recommendations come into play. You can cite the comments from those recommendations that say you are making a difference • This is where your participants’ reflections and comments need to be mentioned • This is where you need to demonstrate that you are not only effective, but you are looking towards other endeavors that will also be successful.

  10. Question # 9 • Future • Who will take over? • How will you implement your service in college or your community? • You need to demonstrate that is was not just a Silver Knight project, but a project that is continual and meaningful to you!

  11. Additional information • If you do not communicate your story, you have less of a chance to win. • Fill in all the space • Be descriptive • Be detailed.
