You will be well on your way to mastering the ICF Core Coaching Competencies following your Coach Masters Academy transformative coach training. Now, with practice and Dr Ben’s guidance, you will have expert help to guide you in mastering the coaching process and accelerating your learning. Transformative Coaching Coaching that delivers impactful results and sustainable change is inherently a reflective process that involves people first gaining awareness on how they perceive their current reality and construct the meaning. They then use this emerging understanding to create a new and empowering frame of reference for guiding future actions. Advance Training for Coach Development The most effective way to experience sustainable transformation, expressed as deep and lasting change, is from the inside out. For this to happen, coaches need to develop a strong connection and grounded presence with their clients, allowing them to draw from within.
