  1. Feds Charge White Supremacist Prison Gang Members En Masse for Drug Crimes Feds Charge White Supremacist Prison Gang Members En Masse for Drug Crimes A number of white supremacist prison gangs involved neck-deep in drug trafficking and other malpractices have mushroomed in recent times in the United States. These hate-fueled gangs are infamous for going down to any level and exercising inconceivable violence to continue their drug trafficking business. Some prevalent tools of their trade are firearms, body armors, drug proceeds, etc. These gangs are once again in the line of fire after federal, state and local agencies charged 57 members on 55 counts of drug trafficking, kidnapping and acts of physical violence recently. Those indicted belong to the Aryan Circle, the Aryan Brotherhood of Texas, the Soldiers of the Aryan Culture, the Peckerwoods and the Dirty White Boys. All these prison gangs are considered extremely violent and racist that has terribly affected the state of jails and communities. Of these gangs, the Dirty White Boys has afflicting communities and prisons ever since it became operational in 1985 as per the Federal Bureau of Prisons’ records. been Seizure of cache of drugs and cash The investigations led to the seizure of $376,500 in cash, over 190 kg of methamphetamine and 31 firearms. According to the authorities, the meth racket was active from Oct. 2015 to Apr. 2018. The traffickers used traditional “stash houses” for storing drugs like U-47700 (a highly addictive synthetic opioid also known as U-4 or pink), heroin, etc., and weapons. Condemning the practice of the white supremacist gangs, Attorney General Jeff Sessions said, “Not only do white supremacists gangs subscribe to a repugnant, hateful ideology, they also engage in significant, organized and violent criminal activity.” He added that “the quantities of drugs, guns and money seized in this case are staggering.” Last year, Jeramy Weatherall – the 89th member of Aryan Brotherhood of Texas – was sentenced to a prison term of 20 years for possessing meth with the intent to distribute. Apart from the Aryan Brotherhood of Texas, other accused members belonged to gangs like Irish www.sovtexas.com

  2. Mob, Dirty White Boys, White Knights and Peckerwood. Of the 91 gang members charged during the investigation, 89 were convicted in 736 offenses, including 234 drug felonies. They were also involved in trafficking of 956 kg meth worth around $10 million and 88 weapons. Meth abuse on the rise Methamphetamine is a potent central nervous system (CNS) stimulant that is widely abused as a recreational drug. It can easily be manufactured in a makeshift setting, such as kitchens and in the back of vans. However, a largescale crackdown by the law enforcement agencies forced the shutdown of many such illegal operations. In the wake of action by authorities, drug rings now import meth illegally from other countries, like China and Mexico, instead of producing locally. Most of the meth consumed in the country now comes from Mexico. As per reports, Mexican drug cartels are capable of manufacturing alternative versions of meth that are purer and deadlier. Meth and its analogs are sometimes mixed with strong synthetic opioids like fentanyl, which is deadlier than morphine and heroin. The end results are often fatal. Detox meth – importance of treatment Apart from psychological aftereffects and the high risk of overdosing and addiction, meth is responsible for causing physiological damage. It causes the user to experience an elevated heart rate, which increases the risk of a heart attack. In addition, seizures, respiratory abnormalities or blocked airways are also common in the long-time users of meth. It impacts an individual socially, professionally, personally and financially.
