HOTC#2011-106 Second St E Subsequent to the CPPEC meeting on January 31st, 2012, Mr. Pommier gave further consideration to his request for funding for the proposed new parking area adjacent to his building, and has changed his mind and has provided a written notice stating he is withdrawing his application request for • Program 7– Parking & Landscape Enhancement Program - $25,000

  4. Estimated Costs • Estimated costs for interior renovations due to the fire at 169 Pitt St. • RayJans Construction $359,525 • Estimated costs for Façade work not associated to the insurance costs • CMG Innovations $70,650 • RayJans Construction $39,100 • Parking Lot estimated costs $89,250
