Feedback / Outcomes / Observations • Students expected to be doing mostly calculations • Writing was unexpected and came as a bad shock • Improved confidence and skill in written communication • After performing poorly in the first essay but then doing well in the second essay gave me a huge confidence boost Cementing the Relationship

Feedback / Outcomes / Observations • Students value communication • The communication also put a realistic aspect on structural analysis and allowed for thought on why members were acting in ways that they were • Workshops positive achieving ULO on communication • The workshops in combination with good written examples on Blackboard helped consolidate what was taught Cementing the Relationship
