County APD Process Reengineering Project Status Report – July 13, 2007 PROJECT DIRECTOR: Crystal Cooper PROJECT MANGER: Jamie Barrett PROJECTSTATUS: GREEN Key activities and occurrences this period: ISSUES MANAGEMENT ACTIVITY 1. Held four (5) Work Group Sessions and one (3) Review Group Sessions 2. Started Web Deployment Planning and Design 3. Held initial Training discussions 4. Baselined ‘To Be’ Workflow and ‘To Be’ Roles and Responsibilities 5. 10+ regular Workgroup attendees from CDSS (Program, Legal, Fiscal), SAWS, CWS/CMS and County 6. Identified the need for three all day JADs to tackle Cost Allocation, Procurement and the Additional Process Improvements Breakout Sessions OUTSTANDING ISSUES: Margie Chan availability for Cost Allocation Breakout Session, July 23rd 9-4pm SAWS Training funding, working with Tom Burke to understand cost allocation process CWS/CMS Resource contention due to same resources working on County APD requests WORKPLAN STATUS UPDATE 07/13/2007
