Penn State Workflow
The Penn State Workflow project, initiated in 2004, aims to re-engineer and replace outdated EASY forms with a web-based interface that provides streamlined role-based approvals. Managed by Beth Hayes and Rich Dumm, the project focuses on optimizing business processes through effective workflow management and the integration of new technologies. Key milestones include developing pilot forms, migrating systems, and establishing essential policies. Through collaborative efforts, the initiative enhances administrative efficiency and service offerings for the Penn State community. For inquiries, contact Beth Hayes or Rich Dumm.
