  2. Electric Vehicle Charging Stations are becoming a more popular option for drivers. Electric cars don't require fuel, which means they are cheaper to maintain than gas-powered vehicles and can be charged at home overnight. The only dilemma is that it's hard to find a charging station when you're out on the road.

  3. Most EVs charge their batteries through a connection to an electrical outlet, and a standard 110V wall socket can charge some plug-in hybrid vehicles. Electric vehicle charging stations usually located in public places like shopping centres or parking lots where EV owners can charge up while they run errands. The two primary types of electric vehicle charging stations are Level I and Level II: Level I chargers operate at 120 volts - typically found outside your home for use with small battery cars. Level II chargers operate at 240/480 volts - the most common type found on today's commercial sites (e.g., grocery stores) that provide power for larger battery sizes in EVs. Charging time depends on what level of charger used, but it generally takes about 30 minutes to charge up a plug-in hybrid vehicle.

Electric Vehicle Charging Stations also help promote smoother traffic flow since they increase travel convenience by providing drivers to charge their vehicles while stuck in traffic jams or waiting at red lights. It directs them off the streets and reduces traffic congestion.
