  1. Dwarka L Zone • Dwarka L Zoneis a step towards the fulfillment of the housing problem in Delhi. It is closely in touch with Airport and it is is strategically positioned between Dwarka and Gurgaon. ‘L’ Zone is the largest and boasts Najafgarh as the only census town in the zone.

  2. About Dwarka L zone Dwarka L zone, a track towards the fulfillment of the increasing needs of housing in Delhi. DDA (Delhi Development Authority) is work in this L zone to fulfill the needs. Located in South-West Delhi and stretched across 22,840 hectare of land. It is near-at-hand to International Airport and is intelligently positioned between Dwarka and Gurgaon. It is believed that this “L zone” will give an impetus boost to the slow and stagnant real estate market of the national capital. As per the plan of development, Authority divides the area in 15 zones and it is said that “L zone is the largest zone and boasts Najafgarh as the only census town in the zone.
