Execution before the next meeting in around a week • 19MeV beam simulation---John/Dan • Structure assembling---Jing • Cleaning the rf load --- Sergey • Installation layout--- Scott (cross, pumping, ict location…) • Pump and leak check of diagnostic beamline--- Eric Slide in Meeting on 2/27/2014

  3. When: Proposed starting date of experiment: 5/1

  4. The goal of this meeting is to decide the installation configuration so that we can start ordering the necessary parts.

  10. Execution before the next meeting • Final configuration drawing based on the 3 points mentioned in the meeting and Order all needed vacuum parts. • Waveguide plumbing: loads (test L1&L2 with K1/K2 asap). • Laser beam flap and re-alignment • Finish beam simulation
