  3. Findings • There are numerous microvalves that have already been developed for other fabrication/manufacturing processes with similar design requirements to BW valve • Many of these may be fabricated with micromill for performance comparison and for learning purposes

  4. Example Ball Valve Source: C Fu, Z Rummler and WSchomburg. Magnetically driven micro ball valves fabricated by multilayer adhesive film bonding. JOURNAL OF MICROMECHANICS AND MICROENGINEERING. 24 April 2003.
