  4. Primary target 1. High vacuum brazing in hydrogen partial pressure WFM Manifold Waveguide Waveguide Manifold 5. H2 brazing (AuCu 25/75, 1040 °C) => Hydrogen partial pressure to be checked from Ipsen

  5. Secondary target • Normal vacuum brazings • According to the demand, normal procedure for Loval Oy (e.g. cooling parts). • Annealing • Depending on machining operations • Cleaning subcontracted • In combination of brazings
