  3. Initiation • Orientation meeting with project officer • Establish a unique name and brand for the project • Use the unique project name and brand in all activities and communications that are supported in full or part by this contract

  4. Planning • Establish a Project Advisory Committee (PAC) to advise AUCD and ADD on the contract project • Conduct an annual assessment of network needs Under Consideration
