Blokadeteknikk Premedikasjon, fentanyl TAP lateralt: n. genitofemoralis (L1 – L2) TAP ved SAS: n. ilioinguinalis og n. iliohypogastricus (Th 12 og L1) TAP dose en side: 0,3 – 0,5 ml/kg: ca 40 ml. Diakonhjemmet: redusert dose x 2 + infiltrasjon = 60 ml SAS: spina iliaca anterior superior TAP: Transversus abdominis / obliqus internus /plane block

  8. Utfordringer Sette blokaden i god tid før OP Noe smerter under op., sedasjon Dobbel TAP ? Infiltrasjon lokalt et must 3. Total dose LA; obs – kirurgen setter: A. distale inguinalkanal B. sutur av nett v / tuberculum os pubis
