Citizen dials 1100 to get following services How does it work? 1 2 3 Grievances Grievances on Kotivaralu Emergency Call goes to operator Call goes to operator Call goes to operator The operator takes info and immediately contacts the respective department for immediate action The Operator books the complaint and forwards it to the concerned department through web/ mobile and e-mail. The caller is given a docket number for his complaint.
