  1. 3D Printer Routine Maintenance Checklist 3D printers are no different from other machines. Routine maintenance is necessary to ensure that your 3D printer runs smoothly. If you're wondering where to start with creating a maintenance routine, consider making the activities below part of your regular maintenance routine. Lubricate moving parts This is especially important for metal parts. Don't let the moving parts in your machine dry up. Keep parts that are in regular motion lubricated. Check your 3D printer manual for guidelines on lubricants and how often you should lubricate moving parts. Clear debris and dust The printing process produces debris. You may come across some blobs and scraps from the process as well as from failed prints. Dust in the air as well as from particulates produced during the Printing may also accumulate on the printer bed. This dust and debris may interfere with your printing results. Be sure to clean 3D printer bed regularly. Dust and wipe down the printer bed before and after printing for the best results. Clean the printer nozzle The nozzle on your printer can become clogged and jammed. This will result in the molten filament not being extruded. It is therefore important to ensure that you clean your nozzle regularly. For specific instructions on how to clean 3D printer nozzle, you should refer to your user manual. However, an easy way to clean the 3D printer nozzle is to clean the external debris with a brush or damp cloth. Remove debris from within the nozzle by turning the 3D printer on and heating the nozzle to melt debris within it. The clog within the nozzle will soften and be extruded through the hot end. Level the bed regularly

  2. Check that the bed is leveled regularly. Invest in a bed leveling sensor to check the bed level. If it isn't level, check your 3D printer manual for instructions on leveling the bed. Use the tips above for regular maintenance of your 3D printer. Contact Us Phone: +86(0)755 26926117 Email: info@snapmaker.com Visit Here: https://shop.snapmaker.com/
