  3. KRISTALLNACHT Germans vandalized Jewish homes, burned over 1000 synagogues, wrecked businesses then charged that the Jews had damaged the property and would be assessed for the damages. After the nights of November 9-10, 1938, the killing of the Jews was systematically begun.

  5. WARSAW GHETTO Warsaw ghetto, January 1942. Pedestrian bridge over Chlodna Street connecting the "big ghetto" to the north with the "little ghetto" south of Chlodna Street. The bridge was construct to allow the tram to pass uninterrupted through the ghetto.

  6. STUDENT HUMILIATION Jews could represent no more than 1.5 % of the population of the public schools. These students are being humiliated. The writing on the board says “Jews are the enemy. Beware of the Jews.”

  8. Hitler Concentration Camps Late in 1941, the Germans built the six death camps that are in bold. They each had gas chambers capable of killing 6000 per day. Auschwitz being the most active.

Work Will Set You Free Over 50% of the registered prisoners died as a result of starvation, labor that exceeded their physical capacity, the terror that raged in the camp, executions, the inhumane living conditions, disease and epidemics, punishment, torture and criminal medical experiments. AUSCHWITZ Between 1.5 and 3.5 million executed.

  12. The freezing experiments were divided into two parts. First, to establish how long it would take to lower the body temperature to death and second how to best resuscitate the frozen victim. The two main methods used to freeze the victim were to put the person in a icy vat of water or to put the victim outside naked in sub-zero temperatures.
