  3. Tipos de violencia 1. Violencia física. Toda conducta que directa o indirectamente esta dirigida a ocasionar daño o sufrimiento físico a la persona o a su patrimonio. 2. Violencia sexual. Toda conducta que amenace o vulnere el derecho de la persona a decidir voluntariamente su sexualidad. (no solo acto sexual). 3. Violencia psicológica Puede ser a través de amenazas, intimidación, insultos, control, aislamiento y denigración y manipulación de la persona

DEFINICION LEGAL DE VIOLENCIA FAMILIAR • DEFINICIÓN DE VIOLENCIA FAMILIAR La Ley 26260 : Ley de Protección frente a la Violencia Familiar dice en su Artículo 2.- A los efectos de la presente Ley, se entenderá por violencia familiar cualquier acción u omisión que cause daño físico o psicológico, maltrato sin lesión, inclusive la amenaza o coacción graves, que se produzcan entre: • a. Cónyuges; • b. Convivientes; • c. Ascendientes; • d. Descendientes; • e. Parientes colaterales hasta el cuarto grado de consanguinidad y segundo de afinidad; o, • f. Quienes habitan en el mismo hogar, siempre que no medien relaciones contractuales o laborales

EFECTOS PSICOLOGICOS DE LA VIOLENCIA FAMILIAR • Resentimiento con figuras paternas: • Con la madre por «haber permitido» el abuso por parte del agresor ya sea por descuido o por no haber creído en la versión del menor. Figura materna desvalorizada y vista con rechazo y como un mal modelo: sin embargo la reacción puede ser de identificación con ella (no consciente) o como reacción una conducta desconfiada y conflictiva y a veces agresiva frente al sexo opuesto. • Con el padre: en caso de haber sido el agresor sentimientos de odio, rencor, hostilidad hacia el, perdida de autoridad, deseos de venganza, dificultades para relacionarse adecuadamente con pareja.

EFECTOS PSICOLOGICOS DE LA VIOLENCIA FAMILIAR • En el caso de varones abusados muchas veces elección de opción homosexual atribuidos a su primera experiencia sexual o sentimientos de inadecuación y/o temor a la homosexualidad. • Tendencia a repetir el abuso sexual con menores al igual que le sucedió a el. • Tendencia dominante a someter a castigo físico o verbal a sus hijos pese a considerar estos métodos como inadecuados.
