KX-TDA1176 (MCSLC16) Cable Maximum Distance ø 0.4 mm: 698 m ø 0.5 mm: 1,128 m ø 0.6 mm: 1,798 m CAT 5: 1,128 m - 16 Port Single Line Telephone Ext. with Caller ID and Message Lamp Card - KX-TDE0105 (MEC card) is needed. - Standby power consumptions: 9W One SLT goes to Off-hook mode, additionally 0.35W will be consumed. - KX-TDE600 does NOT support KX-TDA1176.

  13. Ver.5 CALLER CAN EXIT FROM ICD-G QUEUING

Caller can exit from ICD-G Queuing Before Ver.5 Once an external call goes into an ICD-G queuing table, the caller has only two options, wait for the call to be answered by the ICD-G agent or disconnect the line Cycles forever External call OGM-1: Welcome to Panasonic….. OGM-2: Please wait for the moment. The user wants to exit from the queuing and leave a message in the mail box. Customer Request function External call

  15. Caller can exit from ICD-G Queuing TDE/NCP Ver.5 The ICD-G Queuing OGM performs not only sending OGM but also DISA AA service. When the caller is listening the OGM, the caller can exit to an extension specified by AA. No AA Service - Only AA is available (not DISA - dial extension number). - During the caller is listening the BGM/MOH (wait period), the DISA AA function does not work. Dial “2” Ext.202 Dial “1” Ext.201 Dial “0” Ext.500

Caller can exit from ICD-G Queuing TDE/NCP Ver.5 + If a VM is connected to the PBX If a system has a VM and an ICD-G has a VM mail box, the caller has three options, wait for the call to be answered by the ICD-G agent, disconnect the line or leave a message to a mail box. ICD-G: 601 DISA 502: Dial 0 → 500 VM Group:500 Mail Box: 601

  19. Caller can exit from ICD-G Queuing Limitation Only when the caller is listening the OGM (OGM-2), the caller can exit to the extension specified by AA. When the caller is listening the BGM/MOH (wait period), the OGM-2 DISA AA function does not work. Exit Dial Dial Counter Idea Change wait period to OGM-3 (OGM-3 records MOH/BGM)

  20. Caller can exit from ICD-G Queuing TDE/NCP Ver.5 Technical Condition - VM has to be KX-TVA/TVM using Digital (PT) integration. VM Group D-PT integration - VM in other PBX (Centralized VM) can NOT be DISA-AA destination. VM Group: 500 DISA 502: Dial 0 → 500 Centralized VM

  21. Caller can exit from ICD-G Queuing If Customer wants to use ESVM for recording message? ESVM floating extension number can be assigned in the DISA AA destination. 1.External call ICD-G: 601 Ext.2001 DISA 502: Dial 0 → 599 2. Dial 0 ESVM box ESVM:599 Ext.2002 3. Go to Ext.2001 SVM The SVM of 1st ICD-G member will answer after the caller is dialing digit 0. Ext.2003 - Ext.2001 has to have SVM box. - A setup of C-FWD to SVM on Ext.2001 is unnecessary.

  22. Ver. 5 AUTOMATIC START 2-WAY RECORDING

Automatic start 2-way Recording TDE/NCP Ver.5 Ext.2001 2- Answer 1- Call to Ext.2001 Three party conference CO 3- 2-way Recording 1- Call to Ext.2001 2- Ext.2001 answers the call. 3- The PBX starts 2 way recording automatically. Before Ver.5 1- Call to Ext.2001 2- Ext.2001 answers the call. 3- Press “2-way recording” button to starts 2 way recording.

  24. Automatic start 2-way Recording TDE/NCP Ver.5 (New Program Item) Once it is programmed it will always start automatically “2-way recording”. A manual start cannot be performed. Automatic Recording Manual Recording Condition - PT(IP/Digital/Analog), PS and SLT can use the function. - SIP Phone can NOT use the function. - Internal call/External call/ICD-G call is automatically recorded. - Incoming call/Outgoing call is automatically recorded. - We cannot change the above-mentioned conditions (E.g. Only external incoming call is automatically recorded) - Programming “2-way recording” button is not necessary. If you program a 2-way recording button, it can be used to stop and then re-start 2-Way recording" .

Automatic start 2-way Recording Technical Specifications The Max. number of simultaneous recordings • A maximum of 10 calls can be recorded to VM for NCP and TDE100/200 at the same time (PBX supports 10 x 3 conference) • A maximum of 24 calls can be recorded to one VM for TDE600, because one VM supports 24ch. • A maximum of 40 calls can be recorded to two or more VM for TDE600, because TDE600 supports10 x 3 conference hardware per cabinet. • VM has to be KX-TVA/TVM using Digital (PT) integration. • VM DTMF integration does NOT support automatic recording. • - Centralized voice mail does NOT support automatic recording. • - E-SVM card cannot be used this function.

  26. Automatic start 2-way Recording TDE/NCP Ver.5 Ext.2001 It is also possible to record all the conversation to one mail box. E.g. Ext.1001 (Manager) has a mail box 201. Ext.2001, Ext2002 (Operator) conversation can be recorded on the mail box 201. Only Ext.1001 can listen to the recorded message. All operator conversation Ext.2002 Mail Box Ext.   28. Emergency Alert (SMDR) TDE/NCP Ver.5 If a dialed number is matched with the “Emergency Dial” table, when dialing is completed, the extension number is outputted to SMDR (1st SDMR). Also, after finishing the call, this extension number is outputted to SMDR (2nd SMDR). Ext.2001 Emergency Call CO “Emergency Dial” table SDMR (RS232C/LAN) Ver.5 New Before Ver.5 After finishing the call, this extension number is outputted to SMDR, only.

Emergency Alert (SMDR) Ext.2001 Emergency Call CO CA Call Account “Emergency Dial” table SDMR (RS232C/LAN) If the CA call account software is installed a PC, we can see an Emergency call alert by a popup window after the dial is completed. - Version up is NOT required for CA Call Accounting software.

All DECT PS on the conference group automatically answer. • Speaker phone automatically “ON”. • 4. Ext.1001 user can page. • Condition: All PS has to set “Auto-Answer” = ON. Auto Answer setting is a necessity!!!

One Touch Busy Override Ext.2001 Before Ver.5 1- Talking CO Ext.2002 1- Ext.2001 is talking to an external person on SCO-1. 2- Ext.2002 press the SCO-1 button → Busy Tone 3- Ext.2002 press “3” or “OVER” for overriding the call. Ver.5 (System option = ON) 1- Ext.2001 is talking to an external person on SCO-1. 2- Ext.2002 press the SCO-1 button → Overriding the call. New Program Item Default : Disable

  41. Tenant based ARS Before Ver.5 ARS function All ARS reading tables are all for tenants, Customer Request function (Sample) One PBX is shared with two or more companies. The companies have a contract with different telephone carriers. Japanese company has to use KDDI for international call. → Dial +1 (USA call) → KDDI Line UK company has to use BT for international call. → Dial +1 (USA call) → BT Line Tenant-A Japanese Company Customer needs tenant base ARS reading table.   44. Ver. 5 IMPROVES SERVICE OUT FUNCTION

  45. Improves Service Out Function Before Ver.5 Service Out status “Extension dial lock” and “DND” are assigned automatically by “Service Out” operation. Therefore other users can see the call log and listen to the SVM message. TDE/NCP Ver.5 Service Out status “Extension dial lock”, “DND” and “Display Lock” are assigned automatically by “Service Out” operation. “Extension dial lock” : Ver.4/5 “DND” : Ver.4/5 “Display Lock” : Ver.5 Other user cannot see call log and cannot listen to SVM message. Need the extension PIN

Number Centralized VM Note: Ext.1001 (Local extension) receives always CLIP: 4771111, regardless of programming.
