The Genocide Rwanda is made up of 3 different tribes (or communities) of people: Hutu, Tutsi and Twa Although they were a minority, the Tutsis were ruling. They controlled most the land and power. In 1994, the Hutu leader was traveling in a plane when it mysteriously crashed. This started one of the bloodiest genocides the world has ever known where the Hutus systematically killed every Tutsi they could find. Almost 1,000,000 people were killed…in just 100 days 100,000 children lost their parents
It’s been exactly 20years since the horrible genocide SO…we thought we should do something REALLY special!
Recently we built these Rwandan children a nursery school. More than a 100children go there! Now it’s YOUR chance to build a Learning Centre for children the same age as you! Your money from Ireland directly building a school in Rwanda!
