Edward BanayotiSawiris a Canadian citizen based on Ontario was born in Cairo in the 15th September 1964 to a Egyptian father and a Greek mother, after he gained a degree in accounting from the University of Toronto, backed up with further studies at York University in Ontario.

  2. Then he commenced his commercial career initially in the real estate and hotels business, where he procured, enhanced and sold on 22 hotels which became a considerable Canadian hotels chain. Edward invested in many other real estate projects in Canada, and other parts around the world. • The Company is a member of the Canadian Association of Defense and Security Industries, which is the voice of the Canadian defense and security industries a sector that employs 109 000 Canadians and generates more than $12.6 billion dollars for the Canadian economy every year, Over the last 3 decades the company have become pioneers and continues as a major provider of investment solutions across all asset classes, especially distressed assets.

Edward established the Silent Circle Corporation (Canada) which is the authorized sales agent for the only encrypted phone (black phone), he introduced it to the Canadian markets, as well as to many other countries, EB Cornerstone Holdings in Canada, Banayoti Asset Management Limited (UK), Banayoti Capital Limited (UK) and he is also the CEO of the League of Lobbyists & Advocacy professionals in UK. • Over the last 3 decades the company have become pioneers and continues as a major provider of investment solutions across all asset classes, especially distressed assets.
