  2. What is the Triton Apps program? • Students can gain access to and use programs offered on the computers in the Instructional Support labs via an online network.

  3. Logging In • Use only the Internet Explorer browser in your Windows PC. • TritonApps : Login • Via: https://tritonapps.umsl.edu/ • Use your SSO ID and corresponding password.

  4. Logging In • If you are using any public network, even if wireless through your own computer, select the public/shared setting. • If you are accessing Triton Apps through your home network you should select the private setting.

  5. Logging In • When accessing from your home network the virtual private network (VPN) will download automatically upon log in. • It downloads through Java so accept all prompts from Java.

  6. Launching Programs • Left click once on the desired program. • Click ‘Connect’ when prompted.

  7. Launching Programs • You may again be prompted to enter your SSO ID and corresponding password.

  8. Launching Programs • The program will open and can be used normally as if the program was installed on your machine.

  9. Saving to Your (K:) Drive • This is the only available space for saving. • You are working ‘from a desktop’ at the university and if your work is not saved in the (K:) drive, it will be lost overnight. • Your (K:) drive is listed as your SSO ID.

  16. IBM SPSS Statistics • Data planning, collection and statistical analysis

  17. Mathcad • Engineering calculation software

  18. Microsoft Access • Management, Organizational Aid

  19. Microsoft Excel • Spreadsheet, Data Organization/Graphing Software

  20. Microsoft PowerPoint • Presentation Software

  21. Microsoft Project • Project Planning and Management with Ease of Collaboration

  22. Microsoft Visio • Diagram Project Software

  23. Microsoft Word • Writing Software

  24. Minitab • Statistical Software

  25. Sigma Plot • Data Analysis/Statistical and Graphing Software
