  4. Trust • We are in business for ourselves, but not by ourselves. • We are a team, here to support each other and to be accountability partners • We are better together.

  6. Business Values:Culture of Excellence • Strive for excellence in everything that we do, in all aspects of our lives • “The way that people do one thing is the way that they do everything.” • Recognition: Praises versus Raises • An opportunity to acknowledge the individual and celebrate who they are • Lead our teams to do the same

  7. Continuing Improvement • In striving for excellence, the journey is of continuing improvement. • Reciprocal and respectful sharing of ideas and suggestions to serve and empower each other • Work together to better the whole.

  8. Excellence in Customer Service • Who are our customers? • Clients, PCs, BBs, Each other, family, friends • Focus on Serving others: What can I do for ____? • Customer Focus = Individualization based on needs • Being 100% present • Listen more, talk less, ask more questions

  9. Empowerment and Duplication • Success in Arbonne does not occur when something works, success occurs when something DUPLICATES. Duplication is essential for success. • EMPOWERMENT is essential for Duplication. • 3 Levels: You need to teach your BBs and then you need to teach your BBs to teach their BBs … • Tools, resources and documentation on “how to” need to be readily accessible to everyone

  10. Positivity • “CAN DO!” mentality – problem solving and finding solutions, ask yourself “HOW?” • No time for Negativity – Keep Moving Forward • Remember: oil or water? • Be creative, brainstorm, ask teammates • Attitude of gratitude • “Bless and Release” • Edify upline, successline, sidelines

  11. ENVP Mentality • To promote to ENVP, you need BECOME ONE first • Your vision needs to be huge, bigger than your fears, and crystal clear. You need to be able to paint the vision to others of where you are taking this. • People follow those who know where they are going: How attractive are you? • Do you know where you are going? Would you want to follow yourself?

  12. Sponsor Up • You are an entrepreneur, building your own business, not a social-worker. • Sponsor up: people who Arbonne needs, not those who need Arbonne • Become the person that will attract the type of people that you want to. Mind your mind, manage your brand. • You need to become an ENVP in your mind before you will be able to sponsor the team that will get you there.

  13. Professionalism • Become an ENVP now • Preparation: Prior preparation prevents poor performance – prepare for every meeting • Organization: • of Tools and Resources (website), training • meetings (have a clear purpose, use agendas if appropriate, maximize time) • Time Management: block time and prioritize – use important/unimportant x easy/difficult grid

  14. Focus on the Activity • Do the right things and the results will come • Focus on the activity, not the outcome, believe in the stats … with qualification, ratios decrease. • There is no problem in your business that activity cannot fix …act first, feel second • Have a positive attitude, commit to consistent activity, give it enough time for seeds to grow • The only way to fail is to quit or to never start!

  15. Duplication • And now for the duplication … • You have seen my framework … • What are your values? • What are the must-haves for your team? • Define yourself as the leader you are and then lead your team from the front.
