PBR 72 HOUR CALLS Leader calls host 72 hrs prior to PBR • How’s the inviting going? • Conduct emergency Power Hour if host is struggling with inviting. • How many A-Players have been invited? • Remind Host to send you the Guest List 24 hrs prior to PBR so you can confirm. • Remind Host to tell their guests that someone will be calling them to confirm.

  27. PBR CONFIRMATION CALLS Leader calls prospects 24 hrs prior “Hi , my name is ____. I’m a business partner of ____. I’m calling to confirm our appointment (6:30/8:30pm – Day). We’ll take less than an hour to review our opportunity & answer all questions. I look forward to meeting you.” If Prospects Ask Questions “Great Question…I don’t have time to answer questions right now but will cover that tomorrow. I look forward to seeing you then.”
