  2. Caso. • NOMBRE: NN EDAD: 63 AÑOS • SEXO: MASCULINO CI: 356044 • FI: 11/09/2010 • MC: CONVULSIONES • APP: PACIENTE NO CONOCIDO HIPERTENSO DIABETICO NI ASMATICO NO ALERGICO A MEDICACION ABITUAL. • CONOCIDO RENAL CRONICO NO HEMODIALIZADO EN TTO C/ ERITROPOYETINA.

AEA: EL CUADRO SE INICIA APROXIMADAMENTE HACE UNA HORA ANTES DEL INGRESO CON CAIDA DE PROPIA ALTURA ACOMPAÑADO DE CONVULSIONES TONICO CLONICA GENERALIZADA CON DESVIACION DE LA MIRADA HACIA ARRIBA, SIN LIVERACION DE ESFINTER EL CUADRO SE REPITE EN DOS OPORTUNIDADES SEDIENDO EXPONTANEAMENTE POR LO QUE LOS FAMILIARES LO TRAEN AL SERVICIO DE URGENCIAS DE IPS CENTRAL.
