Port of Cleveland Infrastructure • Approximately 20 acres of space dedicated to Liner Service operation • Immediate connections to major highways directly from Port property • Access to both NS and CSX directly on Port property • Switching services provided by Cleveland Harbor Belt RR • Stevedoring services provided by Federal Marine Terminals • Sole stevedore at Port of Cleveland since 2004 • 2 mobile harbor cranes with 60 ton capacity • Heavy lift crane with 150 ton capacity • Labor provided by the International Longshoreman’s Association • Excellent productivity and lowest claim ratio of all Great Lakes ports • Full seaway depth of 27’ maintained at all berths • First in/last out of all U.S. Great Lakes Ports Port of Cleveland Liner Service

Service Parameters & Vessel Schedule • Vessel will call once per month in Cleveland and Antwerp • Port of Cleveland has option to add second vessel dependent on demand • 13 day Port to Port transit • First departure from Antwerp: March 28, 2014 • First arrival in Cleveland: April 9, 2014 • First departure from Cleveland: April 11, 2014 • First arrival in Antwerp: April 23, 2014 Port of Cleveland Liner Service

Equipment • Container types utilized on services • Spliethoff will provide containers • 20’/40’/40’ HC/40’ pallet wide/45’/45’ HC pallet wide • Shipper owned tank containers • Container pool will be established in local market • Chassis pool will be established in the local market • Tri axles will be available within the pool • Flatrack cargo will be handled as breakbulk • Vessel has capacity to handle 700 TEU • Self sustaining vessel with 160 ton lift capacity Port of Cleveland Liner Service

Rates & Booking • Booking procedures • Primary contact will be Celeste Wagner (Spliethoff Cleveland) • 216-377-1341 direct office • cleveland@spliethoff.com • Bookings will also be accepted through Spliethoff offices in NY, Houston, Montreal, Toronto, Antwerp, or Amsterdam • Rates can be negotiated at any of the above offices • All modes will be available: port-port/door-port/door-door • Service will not book in excess of vessel capacity • Contracts for volumes can be negotiated • First come/first served Port of Cleveland Liner Service

Cargoes • Cargoes accepted: • Pallet wide containers • Shipper owned containers • Heated and reefer containers • Rolling machinery and rolling heavy equipment • Yachts • Project cargoes, wind energy, heavy lifts • Breakbulk cargoes and various forms of steel • Dry bulk • Hazardous materials (with proper documentation and stowage) Port of Cleveland Liner Service
