  1. Lakshmi is one of the most important deities in Hinduism and is often depicted with a lotus-flower crown. The goddess Lakshmi is known as the goddess of wealth and prosperity. Her image is often found on the walls of homes and businesses, as she represents fulfillment and abundance in life. Lakshmi Murti face should always be facing eastward, which is considered to be the direction of prosperity in life. This means that Lakshmi's face should always be facing east if you plan to place her photo on your home or business building. If you would like to place her feet on your main door, you should know how to place Lakshmi paduka and where to place Laxmi charan paduka at home.

  2. This is because according to Vastu, the mandir or pooja room should be in the North-East direction and the lakshmi statue should be in the North direction. The face of image or murti of Mata Lakshmi should be placed in such a way that whenever you worship them, your face is towards the North. If your house has two doors facing in different directions, then you can choose either door for pooja. However, if there are two doors facing outwards towards each other, then you will have to worship through both doors so that both sides get their share of blessings.

  3. Lalita means "destroyer of obstacles". She is worshipped for success in all endeavors and also as the deity of wealth. Ashta-Lakshmi iconography shows her holding a lotus flower in one hand and a conch shell in another. This iconography is also associated with Lakshmi's role in destroying the demon Surasura. Padmini is the most popular form of Maa Lakshmi, who is considered to be the embodiment of beauty and grace. She is depicted as a woman with four hands carrying a lotus flower, lotus stem, crescent moon and conch shell. The iconography is also shown holding a vina (traditional Indian stringed instrument) in each hand. Saraswati is seen as an ideal teacher or guide and she may be depicted with half- closed eyes, wearing a saffron robe and headgear adorned with golden earrings. Mata laxmi statue is a goddess in Hinduism. She is the consort of Lord Vishnu and is considered as his most beloved consort. She is depicted as a woman who sits on a lotus flower while holding a lotus flower-crown in her hands, which represents her grace and power over all other things. Maa Laxmi Murti faces to the right with her right leg pressed on a leaf and left leg under the first leg. Her left foot is hidden in closed sitting posture upon the lotus leaf and right foot is visible in open sitting posture upon the lotus leaf.
